Missions
We are focused on equipping and empowering the people at E3 Scottsdale to lead others into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
We believe that we can show God’s love to the world around us in real and practical ways. We are dedicated to both Global and Local Missions founded on Jesus’ words to His disciples:
The Commission
“Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.” Matthew 28:19
The Command
Jesus replied, “You must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. A second is equally important: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ All the other commandments and all the demands of the prophets are based on these two commandments.” Matthew 22:37-40
How can I get involved?
We’re glad you asked. To actively participate in E3 Scottsdale’s outreach ministries, please consider one or more of the following:
Give financially. It’s a simple as designating a “missions” offering above and beyond your regular tithe. 100% of what you give goes to support missionaries and ministries.
Pray. All of our outreach partners need and desire prayer. Consider praying for one of these missionaries and their ministries each day. Pray for their health and protection; for God’s anointing over the ministry; and for favor with people to whom they are ministering.
Go. Watch for short-term trips and outreach opportunities, and plan to participate. You might consider saving money now for in preparation for a future trip.
Global Outreach
GO. Each year we provide opportunities for our church members to participate in short term missions trips all across the globe. Working with our partner missionaries we find locations that are in need of the message of God’s love and have practical needs that we can assist with.
GIVE. E3 Scottsdale supports various missions organizations:
- Children of the Promise Haiti is an unforgiving place; poverty, death, and disease saturate this island. All of the babies come to COTP in desperate need. As they become healthy, their biological family will often take them back to their homes. Sometimes, due to a variety of circumstances, the biological family cannot care for a baby, and the child is placed in an adoptive home in the U.S., Canada, or Europe. We send supplies, financial support, and an occasional team to help out the staff. Haiti Missions Trips

- Missionaries in North Africa We are excited to actively support missionaries in sensitive regions in this part of the world; however, due to inherent risks, details of their ministry cannot be provided here.
Local Outreach
GO. We believe that nothing shows God’s love better than action. We seek out areas in our community where we can be involved reaching people. Through serving meals to homeless, or helping at community events, we challenge our people to take an active role in their community.
We currently have opportunities for you to GO locally. Fill out the form below to be contacted with more details.
GIVE. Locally we seek out ways we can bless those who are in need around us. We encourage generosity on every level. Through food drives, giving trees, giving to local organizations we have opportunities for you to give.
- Bruce Swanson/Wycliff Bible Translators Bruce and Janet are involved with translating the Bible into languages that do not yet have the Scriptures in written form. Wycliffe is part of an international association of organizations dedicated to seeing God’s Word become accessible to all people in the language that speaks to their heart.
