Larsons

Meet the Pastor

Brad Larson is a born visionary with huge ideas and an even bigger heart. At the age of 17, Brad’s horizon expanded as he traveled abroad and saw a hurting world. Brad worked with several international missions organizations, serving in India, Honduras, Peru, Singapore, Russia, Hong Kong, and many other places—reaching people with the Good News, building water wells and serving the impoverished and orphans.

A southern California native and a jock at heart, Brad played baseball for Cal Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks, CA, and gets to brag that his team made it to the NCAA College World Series. When he’s not reliving his “glory days”, he’s probably outside somewhere playing with his kids…hoping at least one of them will make it to the MLB.

Brad and his wife Noelle have been married for ten years and have four children. After serving at a large church in Oklahoma, Brad and Noelle were drawn back to their West Coast roots and fell in love with Scottsdale, AZ. It was then that they packed up, along with a group of crazy friends, and decided to plant a church in Scottsdale. Seven years, and lot’s of life lessons later, they still serve as lead pastors of E3 Scottsdale. They are more inspired than ever to reach the people of Scottsdale and create a place where people can encounter the love of God without masks, striving for perfection or being bound by religion.
